Description:
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in engineering, and may have previous work experience in telecommunications. Candidates with previous experience in sales combined with technical experience or training will also be considered. Candidates must have solid communication skills, sales ability, technical expertise, and work well in a team, or independently.
The Sales Engineer will work with production, engineering and sales to determine how Wilcom's products and services could be designed or modified to suit customers' needs. The Sales Engineer will be expected to travel both domestically, and occasionally internationally.
Selling is a critical part of the job. The Sales Engineer will be expected to use technical skills to demonstrate to existing and potential customers how and why Wilcom's products would suit the customer better than competitors' products.

| Senior Development Engineers |
Description:
As a key member of our engineering team you will be responsible for the design and development of new products. Successful applicants will have the ability to work in a fast and challenging environment. Experience:
• BSEE or equivalent with at least 5 years experience in Telecommunications or Test Equipment design.
• Familiarity with voice, data and loop treatment applications and the ability to develop a product from concept to completion.

| Inside Sales Representative |
Wilcom is seeking a motivated individual with relative employment experience, preferably in inside sales, or sales development. Telecommunications knowledge, fiber optics, fiber optic testing, and DSL knowledge is a plus.
Description:
• Develop new business through outbound lead generation calling and emailing
• Work with and provide inside support for outside sales representatives, and
distributors
• Profile and qualify leads generated through trade shows
• Respond to incoming sales calls and e-mail inquiries
• Proactively maintain and service accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and
to drive annuity business
Experience:
• Two to Five years of inside sales experience with proven success prospecting
customers using various selling techniques
• Excellent problem solving abilities and a demonstrated background of
continuous learning
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in person & on the phone
• Self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic personality
• Organized with excellent time management skills
• Strong personal computer skills including sales tools such as CRM software
and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Associates degree, BA or BS preferable with a technical or business concentration
